International Drive, SeaWorld and Universal Studios,  Volcano Bay are only a 25 minutes away.
Orlando (MCO) International Airport is 30 minutes drive.
​Sanford (SFB) International Airport is 65 minutes drive.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
​Below are some of the conditions we will now have to adhere to
 
·         No Back to Back Bookings, if you already have back to back bookings in place we will accommodate those bookings   , you must leave at least a minimum 24hr Gap between each guest leaving and the next guest arriving , ,our cleaners will not enter your property until the following day after the guests have left to clean and sanitize the property correctly



·         No Late Check outs, or Early Check Inn, guests must leave at the agreed time, our staff will be checking on each property to make sure the guests are adhering to this. (no exceptions )
 
·         We are going to need more bedding including linen/ sheets / comforters .CDC guideless state we must wash after each guest the comforters , which is going to be difficult in the time frame we have and expensive as the cost to lauder these separately at a laundromat will have to be passed on to the owner , so we can either suggest duvet covers (2 sets) or Fleece Blankets (2 sets)  these will be rotated between guests , we need to have a complete set of extra linen per bed in the property. we are able to purchase these or you behalf , or you can purchase and send them to me
 
·         The house will be fully cleaned by our staff wearing protective gloves and face masks ,  The home will be cleaned as usual to our very high standard , To correctly sanitize the property between guest we will be spraying each property with antibacterial  spray, and wiping all services down with antibacterial wipes , attached  is a copy of the sanitizing checklist .
 
 
·         we will be supplying one bottle of antibacterial hand wash for each new guest

This bright and airey home has everything you want from a Florida Disney Davenport vacation Rental villa, just turn up with your suitcases and your vacation/holiday starts here.

The living room and formal dining area also has a sofa bed, a cot is also available at no extra charge.
Two master bedrooms both have their own en-suite facilities with a further two bedrooms (3 & 4) have twin beds sharing the third bathroom (wet room) making the villa ideal for 2 families to share. 5th Bedroom has a Queen bed with TV. All linens, sheets and extra bedding are included.
We have also supplied a safe for you valuables whilst your out at the parks, as well as a comprehensive ADT Alarm system.
A selection of reading books are available in the TV cabinet.

Outside there is an extended fully screened/covered lanai, which houses the private pool deck, pool and spa which can be heated at an extra charge if required. Outside Table, chairs and loungers are also provided for your comfort and relaxation.


A basic set of Toilet rolls, Dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials are provided and must be then maintained by the renters.
a "Get you in pack" of light snacks/refreshments can be provided as well - PLEASE ASK?
