The villa has a selection of reading books in the TV cabinet. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. There are two reading lamps and a ceiling fan with lights and air conditioning.
The villa has a dining table that seats six people. It is complete with dinner plates, side plates, soup bowls, and napkins.
